1) Learn Your Language: In the morning or any time that suits you in the day I want you to ask yourself, " How am I feeling right now?" Then just write or say whatever comes up.

2) Review Your Direction (set one goal): Think of one goal, or two or three words or sentences, inspiration statement, want to be broad, all encompassing. "What is causing me the most pain?" But ask yourself I want to feel x instead, broad easy going way. Write if I had a magic wand, or what would make me happier, where I'm at in the process.

3) Imagine Your Outcome: Write what your victory would look like.

4) Count Your Wins: Done in the evening so you can look back at your day or if the morning works better for you - do the morning then.  List down a minimum of 3 things that you think you did really well that day or recently and list as many as you want and feel like. Wins are also any progress of any kind that you have had, getting better at anything or just becoming a better version of yourself. No Win is too small or too Big, like I said last time we talked, drinking enough water can be a Win. Or going out for a walk can be Win. Or handling a particular situation better can be a Win. A new idea for your future can be a Win. Handling a stressful situation can be a Win. Doing something For yourself can be a Win!

5) Grateful: Write down a minimum of 1-2 things that you feel grateful for either that day or in general!

Repeating thoughts out loud and acknowledging feelings.
